The second Women’s Project is here! Last time our six ladies lost collectively over 20kg, sooo many cm off their body measurements, dropped dress sizes and are now so much stronger, more confident and looking incredible! In fact, most of them are still loving their fitness journey and continuing to drop the pounds and improve their strength! Due to the huge success of the first one… We are opening this project up to two more ladies, so eight in total!

– 2 designated Ladies Only gym classes per week run by female coaches at 10am Tuesdays and Thursdays.
