Inner Athlete offers two types of personal training:

Semi-Private Training

Research shows people that exercise together get better results. We’ve combined the integral values of personal training with the energy and support of a group session. Excellent PT in a small group.

1-2-1 Personal Training

Personal training with an Inner Athlete coach. One hour sessions. We have male and female trainers. Sessions sold in 1, 5 or 10 session blocks.

One off session – £45
5 session block – £212
10 session block – £400 (save £50!)
